By accessing and using the MAISON JADE Club website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

MAISON JADE Club provides a private luxury shopping concierge service. We assist clients in sourcing and purchasing luxury goods from authorised boutiques in Switzerland. Our concierge is available by appointment only.

2. Service Description

Our concierge service operates through private, one-on-one consultations. We connect clients with Switzerland's finest boutiques, facilitating the selection and purchase of luxury goods on your behalf.

We do not hold inventory, manufacture products, or operate as a retail store. All products are sourced directly from authorised boutiques and brand partners in Switzerland. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to the respective boutique's terms and conditions.

Language assistance may be arranged upon request for consultations in Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, and Hebrew, subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website or communicated during consultations are indicative and for reference purposes only. The final price of any product will be confirmed with you in writing before a purchase is completed.

Prices may vary depending on boutique availability, product specifications, and current market conditions. Certain items, including but not limited to high-demand luxury goods, are available at "Price on Request" and will be quoted individually.

3.2 Service Fee

MAISON JADE Club charges a concierge service commission on purchases facilitated through our service. This commission is included in the final price communicated to you before purchase confirmation. There are no hidden fees.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.

All transactions are conducted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Currency conversions, if applicable, are handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate.

4. Delivery & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured from the point of dispatch until delivery. We arrange worldwide delivery through trusted, specialist luxury logistics partners.

Standard delivery times are 1 to 3 business days for international shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local conditions. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to the purchased goods pass to you upon your acceptance of delivery. You are responsible for inspecting all items promptly upon receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return and full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact
• You notify us in writing at info@maisonjadeclub.com within 14 days of receiving the item
• The item is not a bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order product

Upon approval of a return, we will arrange insured collection of the item at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of our receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition.

Certain categories of goods (fragrances, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and bespoke items) are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene or customisation reasons, unless the item is defective or not as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, logos, and product images referenced on our website or during consultations belong to their respective owners. MAISON JADE Club is an independent concierge service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any of the brands featured.

The MAISON JADE Club name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of MAISON JADE Club. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, MAISON JADE Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

MAISON JADE Club does not warrant that our website will be available without interruption or error, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the website. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
