And when the seller does not do what was agreed, who answers for it? For an international buyer, the hardest part of acquiring something rare in Switzerland is never the price. It is being certain, from a distance.
Maison Jade Club closes that distance. Instead of trusting photographs and promises, the client sees the piece live — the flaw as well as the finish — and has one person in Switzerland who acts on their behalf, from the first viewing to delivery.

The heart of the service is the private live-video viewing. Around it, Maison Jade Club sources the piece, arranges independent verification, coordinates the acquisition in the client's name, and handles Swiss custody and insured delivery — assembling complete, bank-ready documentation along the way.

Insured storage in Switzerland, including bonded-warehouse arrangements, and discreet, fully insured delivery worldwide in neutral, unbranded packaging.

We act in your interest — only yours.
Maison Jade Club is the client's extended arm in Switzerland: it stands on the buyer's side of the table and acts as though the client were in the room. How it is paid is always transparent. Without membership, a disclosed commission from the seller funds the service and the client pays nothing directly. With membership, that commission is credited back to the client in full — so Maison Jade Club earns the same whichever piece the client chooses, and whether or not they buy at all.
Advisory exists as an activity, not an identity — coordination, triage and the vetting of a piece. Specialised counsel on law, tax or brand-specific detail is handled by licensed partners in their own name. Maison Jade Club itself gives no licensed legal, tax or financial advice, and never holds client funds.
